STORM Studio ("we", "our", or "us") operates the STORM Studio mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

When you sign in with Apple, we receive:

• A unique user identifier (Apple ID token)
• Your email address (or Apple's relay email if you choose to hide it)

Photos

• Photos you upload or capture within the App for AI transformation
• AI-generated results based on your photos

Usage Data

• App activity (features used, styles selected)
• Device type and operating system version
• Crash logs and performance data (via Firebase Analytics)

Purchase Information

• In-app purchase transaction records (verified through Apple StoreKit)
• Token balance and usage history

Communication Preferences

• Push notification token (if you enable notifications)
• Email address for marketing communications (with your consent)

2. How We Use Your Information

• AI Photo Processing: Your photos are processed using the Google Gemini API to generate AI-transformed images.
• Service Delivery: To manage your account, token balance, and deliver generated images.
• Analytics: To understand app usage and improve performance.
• Communications: To send important service updates and, with your consent, marketing messages.

3. Data Storage & Security

• All data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud) infrastructure.
• Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.
• Source photos are deleted from our servers after processing.
• Generated images remain in your Gallery until you delete them.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Gemini API: For AI photo transformation.
• Firebase (Google Cloud): For authentication, database, and storage.
• Apple StoreKit: For in-app purchases and subscriptions.

5. Data Retention

• Account data is retained until you request deletion.
• Source photos are deleted immediately after AI processing.
• Generated images are kept until you delete them from your Gallery.
• Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time.

7. Children's Privacy

STORM Studio is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
